All custom and personalized items are returnable for store credit only once production begins.
Damaged or Defective custom products will be replaced if notified within 14 days from delivery.
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
