At Scene It Treasures, every item is made with love, care, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we want to be transparent about our refund and return policy so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

🧵 Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items (such as custom photo magnets and keychains) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.
This is because your order is made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

Please double-check your photos, text, and customization details before submitting your order — we want your keepsake to be perfect!

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

If this happens:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@sceneittreasures.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please note that we cannot process replacements or refunds for issues reported after 7 days.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We ship through trusted carriers and provide tracking for every order.

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Scene It Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is delayed or missing during transit, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

⚙️ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible for custom or personalized items.

🎁 Non-Custom Items

For non-custom items (such as novelty magnets or amigurumis), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
