Scene It Treasures is a small handmade business offering custom photo magnets & keychains, novelty magnets & keychains, and handmade amigurumis.
All products are created and shipped from the United States.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are made based on the photos and information you provide.

  • Please double-check all details (photo quality, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order — we begin production shortly after receiving it.

  • No cancellations or changes can be made once production has started.

3. Product Quality & Variations

  • Every item is handmade, so small variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur — this is part of what makes your item unique!

  • We make every effort to ensure your photos are centered and printed in high quality, but the final result may depend on the original photo resolution you upload.

4. Shipping & Processing

  • We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Scene It Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

6. Payment & Security

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
All transactions are processed safely using trusted payment gateways. We never store your payment details.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, descriptions, and content on the Scene It Treasures website are the intellectual property of Scene It Treasures.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
